| Quetzal Decaf The coffee is really sort of a blend in that we roast it between North Italian style (a bit lighter than traditional French roast) and North African style (a slightly darker than medium roast) to produce smooth dark brown color, texture and taste, the coffee is known locally as Quetzal House Blend Decaf. The coffee has a bold look and a complex deep color. This great kind of blend has a strikingly rich body and excellent mellow nature and is appropriate for any time of day. As a note the decaf we use is our Quetzal Decaf Blend may change as securing a good supply of Decaf coffee beans is always difficult.
