All Quetzal Cocoa goes through a rigorous selection process. We use only the darkest and richest cocoa found and hand blend in fine sugars and spices. No non natural anything, no emulsifiers and no unnecessary ingredients.
Currently we do not make the cocoa available either retail or wholesale. We are working on this but have nt made a decision as of August 16th 2008.
You can enjoy our cocoa though at our stores in San Francisco and Memphis. |
